Yes! Most of our products are custom designs - if you see "completely custom" on a product, you'll be asked to enter your design ideas. For example, if you want to order a pair of Nike Air Force 1 with a design based on your favourite animated movie, you can purchase our "Animation Inspired Air Force 1." Try to include as much information as possible about your design. Once purchased, our in house artist will be in touch to discuss your design further. You'll recieve design sketches prior to us starting painting to ensure you're completely happy with how they'll turn out. If you can't find a product that suits your custom design - pop over to our 'Design Your Own' page. Once you submit your request, our in house artist will be in touch with you free design sketches and price.

Yes! If you have an item in mind that you'd like to customise, head over to our 'Design Your Own' page - just be sure to let us know when describing your ideas that you'd like to supply your own! This means you'll only pay the artwork price.

We use specialist paint and mediums for every different type of material that we work on, meaning that we can Sugar Coat a wide range of surfaces. This includes leather, faux leather, canvas, and fabric. If you have any queries about a certain material, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll provide you with further information.

For customers looking to order five or more products, we may be able to offer a discounted price. Perhaps you're looking to buy multiple pairs of hand painted shoes for your wedding, or you'd like to order jackets for your business? We'd love to help you out! Since we customise so many styles of shoes and clothing, all brands fit differently (especially when translating sizes into UK sizes.) We'd therefore recommend checking out the official size guide for each brand on their websites - you can also contact us and we'll be able to help you out!

Yes! No need to worry about any paint running and losing your design. We use high quality paints and mediums that are specific to the material of your product. All artwork is sealed to provide a final coat of protection. With our wearable artwork, all art can be subject to wear and tear. Just like a regular pair of shoes - over time you may notice small marks if not treated with care. We recommend taking some extra precaution with our hand painted products - check out our care page to find out more! We'll also send out a handy care card with all of our products for you to refer to.

Protectant sprays often contain strong substances that can impact the durability of our artwork so we do not recommend using them. All of our products are finished with high quality sealant so they'll be good to go without any extra product! Check out our care page to find out more. No washing machines, take care! You can still wash your hand painted products. We do recommend that you hand wash only using warm water and gentle soap. For clothing, use a non-abrasive sponge and lightly rub any stains. This should remove any dirt and light stains from shoes and clothing.

Yes, we offer international shipping.

We ship our products from the United Kingdom. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to check prior ordering if import duties are due in your country and you are responsible for paying any import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival. Please be aware of your countries shipping fees before you purchase.

Yes, you will recieve an email when your product has been shipped which will include your tracking number. Please be aware that most of our delivery services require a signature upon arrival.

Due to the hand painted nature of all of our products, we are unable to accept returns as each pair is made to order. We do ensure that you are completely happy with your product before shipping and send photographic proofs of your finished design. If there is anything you'd like us to add or change before we ship your product - just let us know! We are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange for sizing issues. Please ensure that your sizing is correct before placing your order.
