Shipping Policy
Our products are made to order. Processing times will vary, especially during busy periods, and an up to date processing time can always be found below.

Our current processing time is: up to 7 weeks.

After receiving your order confirmation, your order will be dispatched within our current processing time. You will be notified once your order ships via email with your tracking number (you will receive an image of your completed design prior to shipping and given an opportunity to notify us of any changes you may want.) Please be aware that most of our delivery services require a signature upon delivery.

USA and Canada (UPS 4-7 Business Days) - £40
Australia, New Zealand + Other International - £60

We ship our products from the United Kingdom.

Please note - it is the buyer's responsibility to check prior ordering if import duties are due in their country. Any import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival must be paid by the buyer, so please be aware of your countries shipping fees before you purchase.
Returns Policy
Due to the hand painted nature of all of our products, we are unable to accept returns as each pair is made to order. We do ensure that you are completely happy with your product before shipping and send photographic proofs of your finished design. If there is anything you'd like us to add or change before we ship your product - just let us know!

We cannot accept returns that have been heavily worn and show signs of everyday wear and tear. Please contact us at nicole@sugarcoatart.com for any queries.

We are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange for sizing issues. Please ensure that your sizing is correct before placing your order. We're more than happy to help with any size translations - please get in touch if you're unsure about sizing!
