Due to the hand painted nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as all of our products are made to order. Please ensure that your sizing is correct when placing an order.​We do everything to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

 

Any faults, or mistakes from our side (wrong designs, wrong size) need to be reported to us within four days of receiving your order.​ When caring for your hand painted goods please follow the instructions provided on our website to avoid any damage. and your included care card.

 

We do our best to meet the processing period stated on our website, and the delivery period as stated at checkout. However, this can sometimes be impacted by matters out of our control (such as issues with shipping providers). We will ensure that you are kept updated at all times if your delivery is delayed.
