Processing Times

All products are made to order. Processing times may vary, especially during busy periods. Our current processing time is: up to 7 weeks from the point of ordering.

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. Your order will be dispatched within the current processing timeframe. Before shipping, you will receive:

• A photo of your completed design

• An opportunity to request any minor changes

• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

Please note: most delivery services require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left in a safe place.

Europe – £30
USA & Canada (UPS, 4–7 Business Days) – £45
Australia, New Zealand & Other International – £60

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

International Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs fees are not included in our shipping prices. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer so please check your country’s customs and tariffs prior to ordering.

Note for US customers:
As of 5 April 2025, the U.S. introduced an additional 10% import duty on most goods of UK origin. This 10% tariff is charged on top of any existing U.S. import duties. Please be aware that you may be asked to pay this when your order arrives in the U.S and this is not included in shipping costs.
