1. General Information

This website is operated by Sugar Coat Art, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.

By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All items are hand-painted and may vary slightly from reference photos or digital mock-ups.
Small variations are part of the artistic process and not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders

For custom and personalised orders:

  • Payment is required upfront

  • Custom designs are non-refundable

  • Once work has begun, changes may not be possible, although we always send photographs of your finished product before dispatch and will aim to make any changes necessary where possible if needed

  • You must provide accurate shoe sizes and details

We cannot accept returns for custom made products unless they arrive damaged.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept payment via:

  • Squarespace Payments

  • PayPal

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Shipping

Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for all shipping-related terms.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom pieces are non-refundable.
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork and content on this website are the property of Sugar Coat Art.
You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Coat Art is not responsible for:

  • Colour differences due to screens

  • Sizing issues where incorrect size was provided

  • Lost or delayed deliveries outside our control

  • Improper care of hand painted items
